Original music and lyrics written over the course of moves, endings, playdates, beginnings, a pandemic, resurrections, the occasional cult, more beginnings, great romances with old/new versions of myself, myth making, and many moments of euphoric joy between 2020 and 2024.

The first song I ever wrote, "Eyes Closed," is here and the most recent song I wrote, "Slow Down," is here and there are many more to come, including a new musical cast album. I hope to be able to sing these to you live one day, as the present moment is where I most love to sing.

Hi! I’m an experience curator, student of humanity, and artist. My purpose in this lifetime is to use my creative instincts rooted in imagination and my logistical mapping skills rooted in quality to cultivate experiences that support positive growth. With a foundational base in strategic execution (I’ve been an events planner, office manager, filmmaker, producer, networking wing woman, location scout) paired with a beating heart full of passionate wonder for all beings on this magical rock (I’ve been an actress, a model, a comedian, a poet, a playwright, and a rock n' roll singer), I’ve fueled my work/play path with a focus on love and, above all else, being a vessel to help individuals feel free to be their authentic selves.

From self-publishing a poetry book on Amazon, writing/producing and trademarking a musical Playfilm™️ called A Christine Carol, forming a record label to produce an album and live show experience in LA for my band CAKE TOWER, filming and acting in shorts alongside a summer directing course at USC SCA, and living within the pulse of entertainment and cultural industry news and relevance with my production company, Luck & Luster, I have channeled my artistic energy into a multi-faceted library of creative projects that explore the space between breaths (where, I feel, life takes place) and allow me to dig deeper, archaeologist-style, into what it means to be human AND immortal (because I feel we are both).

My new project is an original musical I wrote called, OH MY GODDESS, about Venus the Goddess of Love discovering how to escape being the villain in the first love story. With 12 original songs, the musical’s album will be released in February alongside a soon to be announced Off-Broadway show.

ONCE UPON A MYTH, a clumsy-winged fairy hunk, Cupid, God of Desire, and a much-too-perfect mortal, Psyche, Goddess of Soul, were tripping into the first fairytale ever and igniting future love stories like Beauty & the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and The Notebook.
ENTER VENUS, Goddess of Love, stuck in a mid-immortal crisis of Self. Venus 100% doesn’t know what love is anymore and is struggling to revive her famed-but-tired love show at Clams in Mt Olympus from being canceled. When she hears everyone is calling Psyche the “New Goddess of Love” her ‘never-enough’ syndrome takes over with a vengeance. As Psyche begins her ascent into the heavens, Venus spirals further downward, getting dumped by ‘gas-lightning’ boyfriend Mars, God of War, who’s hot for Psyche, and finally being told by Clams’ management, Zeus, that Psyche will take over her Clams’ show in the new season.
OH MY GODDESS, that does it, Venus becomes the villain in the first fairytale ever. How embarrassing! Will she destroy all love stories and become the Goddess of Hate ever after?
In this sung-through rock ‘n roll disco hero’s journey, we follow our Goddess through the phases of self-discovery, her quest to understand this “power” assigned at birth, and the biggest challenge of existence — loving ourselves as we struggle to become our next Self.

Christine Hauer is an experiencer maker, producer, and artist making things like music with her band CAKE TOWER, playfilms™️ and musicals with her production house LUCK AND LUSTER, and curated events within the artistic and commercial spaces across LA/NYC.

Trained in acting, storytelling, and good-lighting, Christine enjoys building experiences that play to the kid in all of us and the adventure in front of us.
